<p>The Tel SISS training, Split into two modules, is created to give individuals who are required to carry out the corrective and preventative maintenance duties for Station Information Security system equipment and assets, the knowledge and practical skills to safely carry out the role. The equipment included in the scope of this training are:</p> <p>1. Closed-Circuit Television cameras (CCTV)</p> <p>2. Public Address systems (PA)</p> <p>3. Help Points</p> <p>4. Customer/Passenger Information Screens (CIS) 5. Clocks.</p>

Audience

Network Rail Telecommunications (NRT) and Routes (Telecom) Technical Engineering roles (occupational, maintenance) + approved Network Rail (NR) contractors Telecoms Technicians who are performing the tasks associated with the specific Tel SISS equipment. Training is required for approximately 60 employees across all Routes, who are therefore based in different geographical locations
